Quintin Fowlkes III joined the Alliance as the Program Coordinator for the Young Men Matter, Too! program in September 2016. He formerly worked as a Middle/High School Paraprofessional for the City of Springfield Public Schools, and as a Family Care Counselor at the Cutchins Program for Children and Families. He brings experience in designing and coordinating programs that assist youth and their families with obtaining resources for addressing family trauma and transitioning back into family homes, and that promote leadership and life skills development among youth. As the Program Coordinator for YM2, Quintin is responsible for assisting with the strategic planning, implementation of program activities, and coordination of evaluation activities.
